house and rooms are fully furnished, clean painted and ready to move
into. The living room is furnished and has a great wood burning
fireplace The kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom is joint between
the two bed rooms with shower/tub in it. The room available has a bed
with storage under it, a closet, a dresser, a desk with lamp and a
ceiling fan. There is a garage , a backyard and outdoor furniture for
common use. Washer and drier are included and on the premises. The rent
is 450 per month plus a security deposit of the same.Everything is
included in the rent (internet, heat/cooling, garbage, gas, electric,
water washer, drier).
This home is close to campus and is on the bus route to Purdue. There is a car port on the south west side of the house connected via a door to the two car garage. The house itself it a three bed room, two bathroom home with a open concept kitchen and living room.
