I am a male undergrad at UW looking to move out by the end of June.

another male to sublet the last 2 months of my lease (July &
August). After that, a lease takeover option is available as well for
those wishing to renew the lease for another year.

-Full kitchen with electric stove, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, and lots of counter space.
-Large living area with chairs and coffee table.
-Rent includes all utilities (water, electric, heat, garbage, maintenance).
-Also included is cable TV & internet (ethernet and wifi).
-Complex has on site laundry facilities, exercise room, bike storage,
secure parking garage (extra monthly fee of $80), study room, game room,
etc.
The location is really great and close to lots of amenities. 5 min walk
to U-Village shopping area with QFC. Close to numerous other restaurants
and shops. Bus stop for 68, 372, & 243 lines is right across
street. 15 min walk to UW campus.
My roommate is a graduate student in Computer Science and is a nice guy.
Quiet and keeps to himself and a good roommate. I am moving out simply
because I found a house to live in for next year. Nordheim is a great
place and very convenient for access to shops and the UW.
