I have lived here at Willowbrook for the past year and I absolutely love it. No complaints. The office staff is really nice and maintenance always gets here to fix things very quickly. They have lots of events and food at the clubhouse for residents. The apartment is very spacious and clean. You can either get the apartment furnished or unfurnished. I am transferring schools so as to be able to move home and take care of my grandmother with cancer but already signed my lease so I just need someone to take it over for me. I got a $400 credit towards rent next year for re-signing my lease which would transfer to whomever takes over my lease. I will also write you a check for $120 to use towards your rent. The rent is actually $380, but with the check it would be $370 since I would be giving you $10 for each month. Everything is included except the electric.
