• Jamie is a very chill farmer, but after completing a two-year stint at the student organic farm, she may be moving to a different state.
• Katie is a horticulturist, but might decide to move out to a place where her energetic and affectionate dog has more freedom.

Expectations

• No cigarette smoking indoors and no drugs on premise
• No alcohol or meat stored overnight in common areas
• No indoor pets
• Respectful of other housemate(s)
• Contributes equally with other roommate(s) to weekly cleaning of house (vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, windows, etc), raking leaves, shoveling snow and taking out trash
• Pluses are active interest in any of: healer, artist, exposure to cultural diversity, mindful, vegetarian, yoga practitioner, meditator, student, non-citizen, citizen, gardener, sustainability, carpenter/builder/painter.
• Ok with very quiet guest(s) in morning (and potentially evening, soon) for yoga/meditation 7:30a-8:30a
• Housemates share grub (food), gripes and gratitude at least once a week

• 350/month Rent
• Security deposit same amount as rent 1st month's rent to move in
• Rent/work exchange for carpentry/building, landscaping, gardening or painting (outdoors and in) possible
• security deposit received back within 30 days upon moving out
• Includes heat, water, gas, recycling, garbage collection, electricity, internet, laundry and parking for most kinds of cars, but not large trucks or SUVs.
• Room available between February 1 and March 1, but there is some leeway in either direction
