This home is a great neighborhood and has lovely characteristics throughout.
As you walk up the path to the navy blue front door there is the attached 2.5 car garage on your left and some nice landscaping along the front yard on your right. Once you enter the home (deadbolt lock and doorbell) access to the garage is on your left via the laundry room where the furnished washer and dryer unit is. On your right is the master bedroom with windows facing out of the front of the house. The walk-in closet and master bathroom on back side of this very large room. Plenty of room for a king bed and furnishings.
Each of the three bedrooms has a walk-in closet. Both bathrooms (master and the hallway bathroom) both have full size tub/showers and unique lighting. After you leave the master bedroom you are back at the main entrance foyer which opens directly up into the living room. The living room has a built-in gas fireplace, a cable and phone jacks flood lighting over the fireplace. To the immediate right is the kitchen which can be seen over a half-height partition that brings distinction between the two rooms, but leaves them open to each other.
The kitchen is very well lit with natural light through the glass sliding door at the back which leads to the patio on the open and large back yard (not fenced in) and also through the window above the sink. This kitchen has all the major appliances including; Refrigerator, stove/oven (elc), over-the-range microwave and dishwasher. There is a food pantry in the corner of the room and a wide area for a kitchen table or mobile island.
Pass through the living room to the other side of the house to go down a short hallway where the second bathroom and thermostat for the central heat and air are located. Nearby you will also find the other two bedrooms. None of the bedrooms have ceiling fans or built-in lighting. These two bedrooms both are not as large as the master, but still a generous size. Throughout the house you'll notice the vaulted ceilings, plush carpet, vinyl in the bathrooms and kitchen and a feeling of quality.
This house is located in Carrington Estates off of US-52 West about 10 minutes from campus. The neighborhood is largely residential housing, quiet and comfortable. The surround area is growing and developing with shopping centers and restaurants. Wal-Mart, Purdue Research Park, and more nearby.
