         The kitchen has all the major appliances and a great layout. There is space for a dining table from where you enter the room and then among the cooking area is a small island counter-top that comes out from the wall in front of where the garage entry is. The walls separating the living room and kitchen do not go all the way up the vaulted ceiling thus leaving room for storage or decoration at the top.

        The living room is a great space and has an electric fire place in the northeast corner of the room just over from the back entrance to visit the deck and yard. To enter the hallway and visit the bathrooms and bedrooms you exit the living room just beside the little breakfast nook and opening into the kitchen.

The first bedroom on the right as you enter the hallway to the back (north) of the house is the spacious master bedroom with a walk-in closet and private bathroom. This private bathroom has a wide stand-up shower with glass sliding doors.

        On the other end of the hallway (two light fixtures along the way) you will pass the common bathroom as you approach the second bedroom (near the front of the house. The hallway bathroom has a full size tub and shower, small partition separating the toilet from the rest of the area and a linen closet that sits beside the sink and across from the toilet. Both showers in the unit have large mirrors and vanity lighting.

The second bedroom is smaller than the master, naturally. It has bi-folding closet doors for a wide array of space and a window facing southwest.

-Accessible in multiple ways. Most common way is driving down 52 W away from Greenbush St. and turning right in front of Kirby Risk (Beech St.).
