It is 2BR 1Bath and very spacious. I did not move in yet, so the apartment is very clean and in a very good condition. It is hard to find 2BR on campus that is only $690 per month.
Also, if you have a roommate, the rate drops to $430 per person! Let me know if you have two people moving in.
