This is a 2 bedroom very spacious house very close to campus. It's eligible for a C parking permit. I'm moving to a different place, but my roommate said he going to be staying. He's a really laid-back guy and keeps to himself. He won't be bothering you as he just chills in his room.
The landlord lives in section of the house in the back that you don't see besides a door, he only enters to use the laundry machines since those are shared with the landlord.
Sorry the room is messy, I'll be moving out by 7/25 so the room will be cleaned up. My room is on the first floor, the entire 2nd floor is my roommate's room. The lease is from 8/15/2012 -> 7/25/2013.
