The bedroom is on the top floor, there are two floors and a basement. There is an additional room next to it that is too small to live in but can be used for guests or storage. There are two baths, one in the basement and one on the first floor to be shared with one of the roommates. The rent excludes utilities. There is a spacious kitchen, living and dining room and nice backyard with a tree-house and small garage for a car. The backyard is fenced in for privacy. Pets are not allowed.
