Lindberg Village

3655 Goodall Ct
West Lafayette, IN 47906
Rent:
$420

What I'm looking for:
I am currently looking for two roommates, for the coming academic year. I have a newer house (built in 2004) and live in a very nice area. The house is 5 minutes away from campus on the North/West side, where you can conveniently park at the Ross Aide parking lot or south lot.

About the area:
The subdivision that I live in is Lindberg Village in case you want to look it up. Mostly, is has graduate students and professors living in the area, so it is nicer and quieter. Both rooms that I have for rent are 12x12 with large walk in closets.

About the house:
The whole house is about 1712 Sq. Ft., so there is plenty of room. There is a washer and dryer. There is a bus line, so you don't need to have transportation, or if you have it, you have the choice of not using it. I have a dog, so you must be ok with animals, if you have an animal that you would like to bring with you we will most likely be able to work something out. The back yard is fenced in for privacy, and is convenient for any pets. The kitchen, living room, and dining room will be completely furnished so there will be no need for you to bring much furniture. Your personal room will have a lock on it that only you and I have a key to so that your belongings and your privacy will be respected.

Here is a link to the house when it was empty I have included a couple pictures of it furnished:

Rent will be $420 plus utilities if you stay the whole year. Rent will be $450 plus utilities, if you are only staying the academic school year (10 Months). There will also be a 200 dollar deposit that you will get back when you leave as long as everything is paid for -- utilities wise -- and the room is not damaged nor have you caused any damage to the house.

Since the house is newly built, the utilities are low because everything is efficient. We also have a super-efficient radiant heating system that is ran through the flooring, so heating costs will be down compared to most other places and we also have an electric furnace for those really hard nights in January/February.

Rules of the house include:
1. No drugs - if caught you will be reported to the police and evicted immediately.
2. No out of control/destructive parties -- you or your friends break it, you pay for it
3. No smoking in the house
4. Clean up after yourself
5. Be respectful of others and their property
