Looking for roommates to occupy the other room of a house with me. The rooms are fully furnished with bed, lighting, cabinets, desk, chair. The Rest of the house is furnished as well but roommates able to bring things to make it feel like home. The rent covers all expenses of the house (rent, heating/cooling, water, waste water, electrical, garbage removal, internet) cable could be added if desired but not already in the cost of rent. We would have access to the whole yard, living room, kitchen, garage, laundry machines. I do already have a dog who is coming in the package deal for a FYI. The house is about 4 miles off campus or 7 minutes drive, and is located on the 4B bus line so there is that means of transportation.
