PhD student looking for one roommate for June 1st and one for August 1st. There are two rooms available.
Room 1 (June 1st)- approximately 12 by 13 with a closet and one window. This room comes with a bathroom (you get it to yourself) that has a stand up shower, sink, and toilet. The bathroom is not attached to the room but because this room is smaller than the other two you get the bathroom.
Room 2- approximately 14 by 16 with two windows and a closet. You would share the bigger full bathroom with me.
About the house- large 3 bedroom house on the corner of Nortwestern and Lindberg- it take about 10 minutes to walk the mile to campus or you can take the 5 bus on the corner. There are also bus stops for the 4B and 1B within a block. The house has air conditioning, ceiling fans, a full backyard, big living room, kitchen with dishwasher and all the appliances, washer and dryer, and two bathrooms. The rent is 327 a person and the utilities run between 70 and 110 dollars a month depending on the season. We have wireless internet and cable. There is off street parking and a two car garage as well.
About me: I will be a third year PhD student in the College of Education. I have two dogs (so you must be okay with dogs). I am looking for someone who is laid back and doesn't mind pitching in with the cleaning so that the house isn't a disaster area. I am a girl, but I don't care who lives here as long as you are looking for a nice place to live and plan on keeping up with the rent.
Rent: 327 a month plus when you move in you would pay 327 for deposit and 327 for last months' rent. This is a total of about 980 dollars and if you need to pay it in stages that's okay.
