Lease extensions/renewals are not possible, this building will be
demolished on or after around July 20th.
All roommates are men. Common space and kitchen shared with 3 others, 1
grad, 2 undergrad. Two full bathrooms, shared one per two people.
On request, I will leave my full bed (+bed frame), window AC unit, and/or dresser in the
room. Price negotiable. Other than those, the room will be unfurnished.
My parking spot will be transferred to you, and you will receive a
bumper sticker for your car.
Utilities are usually around $70. Utility bills are in another
roommate's name, and payments are made monthly to him through
paypal/venmo.
I will pay all fees ($250) for subletting this apartment.
