Im looking for a female to sublet my bedroom in my 13 bedroom 4 bath house. Rent is about $1200 /month starting in mid March through May or potentially the end of the lease (Sept. 1) so I’d be flexible with move in/out dates. I also have a parking spot that I am giving up for $100/ month, or there is free street parking available. Electricity and utilities have historically been about ~$30 per month but can vary month to month.
The bedroom is on the second floor of the house with shared bathroom. All of the furniture is going to stay so the room will be fully furnished. It’s a pretty big bedroom with a walk in closet.
The house is super close to campus, about 1 block away or a 5 min walk, and ~10 minute walk to the link on the ave and ~10 min to Safeway.
As a house we are all close friends who like to all hang out together at the house whether that be in the living room watching tv or cooking dinner. A few of us are studying abroad next quarter so it will be a mix and is a great opportunity to meet new people!
