Preferably looking for 1 male but can be female also. I have 1 bedroom available in a Phase 2 Chauncey Square Apartment. Everything is fully furnished, including a TV and couches in the living room. The bedroom will have a few extra desks (my own) that you can keep included with a bed, frame, and your very own bathroom. There is laundry in the unit and included is a parking pass to the covered garage, perfect for when it starts snowing.
