The upstairs is one large bedroom with its own living room bathroom and Kitchen. The two units can be combined to provide a legal occupancy for up to 6 persons. or can be rented out separately 3/4 + 1/2 = 4 to 6 persons We prefer to have 4 persons down stairs and 2 persons upstairs. The nominal rent is $450/person but we will adjust it to $550/person for 3 persons downstairs and $600 for i person upstairs. The upstairs has it's own separate entrance if it is rented separately. .
